Kiran Johns is an Associate Product Manager at Vahan, where he utilizes AI to help job-seekers connect with potential employers. He is passionate about empowering blue-collar workers to take control of their economic destiny. Kiran has a strong background in product management, having previously worked as a Product and Growth Intern at IBM Quantum, where he focused on building the future quantum workforce and an inclusive community in APAC. Kiran is also a final-year computer science and engineering student at Mar Athanasius College of Engineering. He served as the CEO of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell, leading a team of students to foster an entrepreneurial culture and provide a platform for students to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. Kiran is dedicated to mentoring students who are new to tech, helping them learn programming and navigate their way in the field. In addition to his work and studies, Kiran is passionate about educating and inspiring students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding them to become leaders in STEM. He has a diverse skill set, including proficiency in product management, web development, and AI. Kiran's tech stack includes product management, web development, and AI.
