Kiran Papineni is an accomplished Lead Technologist with over 18 years of experience in complex and safety critical embedded products in areas of Verification and Validation, Software and Systems engineering, Software and System Integration testing, and System Testing. He has a strong working exposure in Commercial/Defense Aerospace and Medical device product development life cycles. Currently, Kiran is working at Philips as a Lead Technologist - System Verification and Test Design. He is responsible for designing and implementing test strategies for complex systems and ensuring the quality of the software and hardware products. Kiran has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and has extensive experience in test automation, software design verification, and test method validation. Prior to Philips, Kiran worked at Medtronic as a Principal Software Engineer and Engineering Manager/Associate Group Lead/Principal Software Engineer. At Medtronic, he was responsible for leading the technical and strategic aspects of software development, V&V, and test engineering activities for various medical devices. Kiran has successfully delivered software design verification needs of new product and sustenance ventilator product lines from India. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from P.S.N.A. College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul, a Masters of Engineering degree in Embedded System Technology from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Internet of Things (IOT) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Kiran's technical expertise includes test, software engineering, integration, infra, SDET, and senior software engineering. With 17.70 years of relevant experience, Kiran is a dedicated and result-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and services.
