Kiran Srinivasa is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with over 11 years of experience in solving business problems through talent. As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Mobile Premier League (MPL), Kiran is responsible for hiring great talent for platforms that are growing at breakneck speed across geographies. He is passionate about working in a product-driven organization where he can bring value towards technology and product. Kiran's experience includes working as a Business Recruiter for different LOBs of digital retail, supporting hiring needs of Ajio.com, AJIO Business, Jio.com, JIO Mart, RelianceDigital.com. He has hired UI Devs, Backend Devs, Full Stack Devs, SDETs, and Product Managers. Kiran has also generated weekly and quarterly reports for the Recruitment Meetings, including updates against all Key Performance Indicators. He is experienced in diversity and inclusion hiring, campus hiring from premier institutes, employer branding, and talent branding. Kiran has conducted breakfast/brown bag meetings with business leaders and was a co-creator of the People Champions committee that was formed to increase employee engagement and employer branding efforts. Kiran has also worked as a consultant for a stealth mode startup that focused on generating and supplying clean, renewable solar energy. In line with India's mission of reaching 175GW of renewable energy by 2022, the startup was a government-funded mechatronics startup. Kiran holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. He also attended Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala from 2002 to 2005. Kiran's tech stack includes Mobile, UI, and Backend technologies.
