Kiran Surendran Pankan is a self-taught designer and programmer with over 9 years of experience in the industry. He has worked with small, medium, and large-scale enterprises in design, development, management, and delivering solutions. He is passionate about human psychology, start-ups, technology, Hot Wheels, drones, and aquascaping. Currently working as the Lead - Product and Engineering at flo labs, Kiran is responsible for designing and developing UX solutions for the company. He has previously worked as a Consultant - Team Building & Design at gritstone technologies, where he was responsible for user experience and interaction design, client communication, front-end engineering, training, and team building. He has also worked as a UI/UX Designer and Head of Front-end Engineering at mobiotics, where he was responsible for UI, UX, and graphic design. Kiran has a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Model Engineering College, which he obtained in 2014. He also pursued an Advanced User Experience Research and Design course from the UXMint Academy in 2017. His technical skills include frontend development, designing, and UI. He has relevant experience of 7.44 years in the industry.
