He spent two years with NETSCOUT designing and implementing the End to End Call Trace Product for Service Providers and six years with NETSCOUT (Tektronix/Newfield Wireless) Product Management, designing and enhancing the TrueCall product. He also spent seven years with Motorola, building CDMA, WiMAX, and LTE simulators for functional/performance testing of their products. Kiran has experience gathering customer requirements, providing technical expertise, training, and resolving issues for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Telecom Operators around the globe, including T-Mobile US, USCC, Reliance Jio, TWM, Smartfren Indonesia, and SPARK NZ. Kiran's technical skills include programming in C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, and Shell, and working with Unix, Linux, and VxWorks operating systems.
