Kirandeep K. is a seasoned product owner with over 8 years of experience in building digital products, creating great teams, and bringing crazy ideas to life. Currently, she is serving as the Business Unit Owner - Mobile at ip.labs gmbh, where she is responsible for building an easy-to-integrate photo commerce toolbox for photo businesses that help them create unique brand experiences and boost M-commerce. Kirandeep's expertise lies in business strategy, market research, competitive analysis, product development, user research, marketing and sales, business model innovation, and people development, coaching, and facilitation. She has a proven track record of coaching and mentoring development and design teams to inculcate an Agile mindset and supporting organizations in the digital transformation process. Prior to her current role, Kirandeep served as a Scrum Master at fashionette ag and hrs group, where she coached and mentored development and design teams to inculcate an Agile mindset and coached product owners to inculcate a Lean mindset. She also supported the organizations in their digital transformation process. Kirandeep holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from dr. a.p.j. abdul kalam technical university. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation, and Digital Transformation from ThePower Business School, which she is expected to complete in December 2022. Kirandeep's tech stack includes mobile and research scientist.
