Kirti Pachisia is an upcoming Mechanical Engineer and Research Scientist with a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Currently, she is a Summer Intern at Bechtel, where she has developed a Machine Learning tool to classify supplier-specific NCRs into relevant issue categories, which she used to perform bottom-up analysis by predicting and preventing the recurrence of those issues with the respective suppliers. She has also increased efficiency by analyzing and visualizing data on Power BI and Tableau, identifying pain points, and suggesting suitable solutions to plug the gaps. Her tool has been highly appreciated by senior management and adopted for future projects. Prior to Bechtel, Kirti worked as an Engineering Intern at Sceptre Medical India Pvt. Ltd., where she gained valuable experience in testing and analyzing the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of various machines and systems optimizing production lines. She also worked as an Engineering Intern at Ribbel International Ltd., a surgical supply manufacturer serving more than 80 nations, including the US, Germany, Russia, China, and others. At Ribbel, she conducted research to optimize the manufacturing line while ensuring flexibility and optimum production rate while keeping the costs minimal. Kirti is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Design and Automation from DTU, which she is expected to complete in 2023. She also has a High School Diploma in Science from N.K. Bagrodia Public School. Her tech stack includes ML, and she has 0.77 years of relevant experience. Kirti is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. She is always eager to learn and grow and is constantly seeking new challenges to enhance her knowledge and skills. With her strong work ethic and passion for engineering, Kirti is poised to make a significant contribution to the field of mechanical engineering and beyond.
