Kirupakaran Viswanathan is a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a Software Engineer II at Dell, where he is a part of the Virtual Link Trunking (VLT) module - L2 Protocols team. Kirupakaran has implemented the VLT-VxLAN feature and worked on the VLT-LACP Fallback feature, as well as PVLAN Design/Planning. He has also fixed multiple critical release time bugs and done various optimizations, which have won him multiple silver and spot awards for his contribution to the VLT module. Prior to his current role, Kirupakaran worked as a Software Engineer I at Dell, where he was a part of the OS9 team, one of the Dell Networking Operating Systems. He worked on various features from planning to a working product, including OS9 Security feature, OS9 image size optimization, and OS9 seamless image upgrade. Kirupakaran also fixed many bugs in multiple modules such as CLI, Config, IFM, Download MGR, ACL, SNMP, REST, which won him spot awards for quick learning. Kirupakaran holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University, where he studied from 2012 to 2016.
