Kishore Ramgiri is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with over 13 years of experience in the computer software industry. He is currently working as an Engineering Manager QA at HackerRank, where he leads a team of cross-functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery. He managed various stages of software releases and worked with software development, product managers, and peer QA organizations to communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts company-wide. He attracted, built, and promoted a high-performing quality team, created and implemented a quality-focused vision and strategy, and developed and maintained quality control processes and management systems.
