Kislay is an expert in accounts, presale opportunity shaping, solution, proposals, and contracts. He is enthusiastic about Agile methodology and is certified with Professional Scrum Master (PSM) with extensive working knowledge on Scrum framework as Scrum Master. Kislay has also conceptualized, developed, and delivered B2C & B2B eCommerce strategies. As the Director of scholarnest, Kislay is responsible for overseeing the company's operations and driving business growth. He has built and grown highly motivated and self-managed teams that have achieved remarkable success. Kislay has previously worked as an Advisor - Application Delivery and Project Manager at dxc technology. Kislay holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. He completed his education from ADLS High School, Jamshedpur. With 12.52 years of relevant experience, Kislay has demonstrated his expertise in IT leadership, project management, and team building.
