Kittu Narayanan is a seasoned technocrat with over 19 years of experience in information technology, specializing in program management, IT infrastructure management, digital workplace management, end-user computing, and infrastructure transformation. He has a broad understanding of multiple domains and is knowledgeable in service design architecture, backed up with service delivery experience, delivering robust solutions, and high business value to customers. As a technical strategist, Kittu has a proven record of directing IT initiatives while contributing to planning, analysis, cost estimation, and execution of the initiatives. He has demonstrated success in managing multiple accounts, achieving cost reductions, business expansion, stakeholder management, and meeting customer objectives. Kittu has worked in several companies, including Infosys, where he currently serves as a Principal Consultant. He has also served as an Associate Director at Microland Limited, where he played the role of "Client Solution Organization Leader" (CSOL) for the APAC region. He was responsible for leading the Client Solutions team for DWP (Digital Workplace) presales team. At Wipro, he served as a Digital Workplace Services Solution Architect, driving the Solution activities for Small, Medium, Large and Complex deals focused on Digital Workplace Services transformation and Managed Services-run (EUC Engineering, EUC Management, Service Desk, Field Services support). Kittu's education background includes a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from Annamalai University and a Bachelor of Commerce from National College. He also holds a Science Commerce degree from Muthiah Alagappa Matriculation Higher Secondary School and attended RSK Higher Secondary School, Trichy. His technical skills include infra, mobile, senior software engineer, and integration.
