Komal's current role is as an Android Developer at yinzcam, inc. Here, she implemented the digital payment solution "Brooklyn eWallet" into the Brooklyn Nets mobile app using the Amex Serv platform. She collaborated with the American Express team, NBA, and the in-house team to clarify requirements and remove impediments, which led to the on-time development of the e-Wallet feature for the Brooklyn Nets mobile application. Prior to her current role, Komal worked as a Product Manager at fanfood and sola. At fanfood, she was responsible for developing and managing the company's product portfolio, and at sola, she led the development of a wearable device that helps regulate body temperature. Komal carried out customer research studies, created personas, customer journey maps, and built customer strategies for the product. She also designed, prototyped, and tested mobile applications supporting sola with 30 users. Furthermore, Komal created go-to-market strategies, branding, and launching roadmaps, as well as market research and product research documents. Komal holds a Master's of Science in Information Technology and Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jaypee University.
