Komal Prajapati is a highly accomplished Chief of Tech and Product, currently working at BetterPlace safety solutions. With over 11 years of work experience, she has led PMFs, GTMs, raised funds, and driven M&As. She has built and led large-scale Tech and product organizations, with a passion for Product Strategy, PMF, and GTM. Komal is an alumna of IIT Madras, where she studied Computer Science. She has also worked with Microsoft in the past. She has founded two deep tech startups and one non-profit organization. Her working knowledge in Machine Learning, Big Data, and Engineering is exceptional. Komal's current role at BetterPlace safety solutions is that of a CTPO. Her past experiences include being the Founder & CEO of Fabulyst, where she looked after the Product & Growth, managed execution across the verticals, and deeply understood the Retail ecosystem and Consumers through user & market research. She also raised funds, built the Co-founding and Management teams, and set up the execution functions. She setup the proprietary AI and Deep Learning stack. Komal was also the Director & Co-Founder of Doctl, where she led user research & prototyping with FGDs, User interviews, and early adopters. She designed and developed AI and Backend stack, designed and implemented Multi-tenancy, HIPAA Compliance, and led the successful acquisition of the startup. Komal's educational background includes a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Madras. Her tech stack includes Product Manager, AI, Big Data, ML, Research Scientist, Deep Learning, and Backend.
