Komal is highly analytical in benefits design and contract employment acumen yielding more compliance and less risk. She has worked closely with top management as part of key decision-making processes and is independent and proactive with experience in various international markets such as Hong Kong, The United States, The United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Canada, Australia, GCC, Oman, and Qatar. Prior to joining Easyship, Komal worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ovolo Hotels and as a Manager HR and Administration at Square Yards. At Ovolo, she used unconventional methods to hire talent for to-be-launched restaurants under the Ovolo umbrella. She was responsible for building and managing budgets for different departments and hotel units. At Square Yards, she designed and implemented strategic HR policies in sync with business objectives & organizational growth. She handled the complete set of HR functions from hiring to exit, including letter preparations, employee screening, benefits enrollment and termination, payroll processing, staff movement handling, employee retention, database management, HR & Administration, to name a few. She was responsible for business registration and setting up of company accounts, hiring of qualified Directors, Senior Management and front-line staff in the respective geographies. Komal holds a PgD in Human Resources Management and Business Psychology from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Delhi University. With her relevant experience of 7.85 years, she has demonstrated a proven track record of success in the field of human resources, finance, and administration.
