Kranthikumar Anchi is a highly skilled project/program management professional with over 5 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a Project Portfolio Manager at EY, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining the program management plan, integrated master schedule, and weekly and monthly reporting of financial management, risk management, and resource management. He is also responsible for scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes, as well as identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation recommendations and proactively managing their identification and resolution at both the project and program levels. He was also responsible for determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items and creating various reports to the senior management with the help of different tools like MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, and Power BI. Before TE Connectivity, Kranthikumar worked at Kia Motors India as Quality Control, Project Management, where he was responsible for carrying out supplier validation audits, leading the supplier approval process, supporting new product launches, and facilitating root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues. He also collated and evaluated supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain and worked with suppliers to create correction action plans to address process failures. Kranthikumar holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from MITS, Madanapalle, and has completed his intermediate education from Sri Sai Junior College. He also holds an S.S.C degree from Z.P.H.S, Koduru, with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science.
