Krishan Kumar is a highly experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies. He is certified in Projects IN Controlled Environments (Prince 2) and has extensive knowledge of project management tools such as Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, ITSM, ChangePoint, Powersteering, Kanban, and other enabling services. Krishan has in-depth technical knowledge of private and public clouds, Azure, VMware, Datacenter operations & move, network operations, and disaster recovery implementations. He has managed IT projects, defined deliverables, established baselines, managed project schedules, managed risk and issues, hired and mentored resources, conducted performance reviews, and ensured compliance with established PMO processes.
