He is an entrepreneur, a leader, and a technologist, working with engineers, business owners, and customers to deliver robust products that are user-friendly and aligned with business objectives. Krishan has played a significant role in digital transformation, product vision and strategy, and technology leadership. Krishan's expertise includes large cross-functional delivery, digital strategy, product roadmap and strategy, building winning teams, people management, business value proposition, product development and launch, cloud/SaaS strategy, innovation and emerging technologies, and automation. He has a wide range of exposure to technologies, including Java/J2EE, PHP, Python, MongoDB, WebSphere Portal, SOA, HTML, Cloud (Savvis, AWS) and SaaS, ComputerVision, Oracle, Struts, MVC, XML, Tivoli (TIM & TAM), Process Server, Social Media analytics, Web Services, WebSphere Process Server, Content Management, Collaboration, and Mobile app development. Krishan has a track record of delivering software products and applications. He has demonstrated technology leadership with architecture and design of several large-scale applications, including the Self-care portal for over 3M users and Enterprise integration for 50+ applications. Krishan has also founded two startups, innovating effective ways of collaboration and talent management. He has conceptualized and worked through the complete product life cycle to take three ideas to market with total revenue over $5M. Krishan is currently the Head of Engineering and Technology at Gus Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for defining a short and long-term roadmap, working with the design team to validate and understand customer needs, and leading the engineering team to build and deploy the solution. Gus Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. is the creator of Zepplers, a collective intelligence solution that collects and analyzes information through picture-based engagements and generates useful customer insights and emerging trends for brands. Krishan has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Maths and Physics from Kurukshetra University. His achievements include streamlining processes and best practices for a mission-critical application resulting in savings of $750K year or year and being awarded for setting up CoE and executing projects in emerging technologies, including Cloud, SaaS, Enterprise Integration, and Social Media Analytics.
