Krishna Bagaria is a business leader with over 17 years of diverse experience in P&L management, strategy and planning, product development, marketing and sales, JV relationship management, business development, and CRM. Currently, he is working as the Business Head - Pune 1 (Vice President, Godrej Leadership Forum) at Godrej Properties Limited, where he is responsible for the P&L management of the Pune portfolio with a major focus on product, design, liaison, approvals, sales, collections, construction, operations, handovers, and FM for the region. Krishna has contributed significantly to the growth of Godrej Properties Limited, where he has handled residential sales and marketing in Pune, Nagpur, and Kolkata. He played a crucial role in helping GPL attain the RMS number 1 position in FY 18, FY 20, and FY 21 in the Pune market with cumulative sales of ₹7270 Cr. from FY 16 to FY 22. Krishna has also helped GPL achieve a rare feat of 4 launches in a single quarter i.e. Q4 FY 22 together with cumulative price hike of ~20% in the last 3 years resulting in profitable growth. In addition, Krishna was given the responsibility of P&L for a township in 2019, where he helped GPL with the largest handover of 1200 apartments during one year of pandemic through innovations like Digital Handover and helped GPL reach the fastest slab cycle of 4 days. From April 2022 onwards, Krishna has made a complete transition to the Business Head role for Pune, handling 7 large townships. Krishna is a business professional with a PGPM in Marketing and Finance from GLIM and a Bachelor's in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Kalinga Institute of Technology and Science. He completed his higher secondary education in Science from St. Xavier's College.
