Krishna Chukkambotla is a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional with over 10 years of experience working with both product and service-based organizations. Currently serving as an EPAM Systems Talent Acquisition Team member, Krishna is responsible for hiring for the DS & Algo Practice. Krishna has extensive experience in handling requirements from various domains such as IoT, M2M, BPM, SCM, Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and more. Her expertise in these areas has enabled her to excel in her current role, where she is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the field of Data Science and Algorithm. Prior to joining EPAM Systems, Krishna served as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Orbcomm Technologies India Pvt Ltd and Lead/Sr Consultant at SCP- a division of Sampoorna Consultants Pvt Ltd. In these roles, she was responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Krishna holds an MBA in HR from Osmania University, Department of Business Management, as well as a PGD-MISCA from the same institution. She also completed a Trainee-Mission HR program at Husys. Her education and training have equipped her with a deep understanding of HR practices and principles, which she leverages to attract and retain top talent for her clients.
