Krishna Kota is a highly experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer and Senior Solution Architect with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. With over 19 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies, he has an impressive track record in delivering successful CRM implementations, pre-sales, and vertical solutions. Krishna is the Founder of PolyCloud Solutions, where he leads the Dynamics Center of Excellence (COE) and automation efforts. Krishna has a passion for scalable and robust architecture design, thought leadership, and building new tools and solutions that enable the modernization of existing CRM ecosystems. He has conducted architecture and design audits in various programs and provided review reports for external customers and Infosys-implemented CRM solutions as part of architecture consultation.
