- Lead UPAJ Ai's budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial planning with business objectives.
- Provide financial and strategic insights to support decision-making by the CEO and executive team.
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics, presenting reports to the Leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to support strategic initiatives.


(B) Risk Management & Compliance:
- Oversee the risk management framework, identifying key financial risks and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws, regulations, and reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
- Drive audit processes, both internal and external, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.

(C) Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the company's capital structure and minimize financing costs.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and any associated financial risks.
- Ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and future investments while managing debt and leveraging opportunities.

(D) Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business operations.
- Build a high-performing finance organization capable of scaling with the company's growth.

Pesticide use remains a global challenge, with over 4.2 million tonnes applied annually, of which 35% are classified as Highly Hazardous Pesticides (HHPs). These pose significant health risks, leading to over 385 million cases of pesticide poisoning each year, and are contributing to severe environmental damage, including a 75% decline in insect populations and widespread water contamination. Farmers are now actively seeking sustainable options and biocontrols have emerged as a reliable alternative to chemical pesticides with a market size of 7.9 Bn USD growing at a CAGR of >15%. On this day, December 10th, 1967, the beginning of a legacy that has significantly shaped India’s agricultural landscape was marked. Coromandel International’s (CFL) 1st plant at Vizag was inaugurated by Shri Morarji Desai, the then Deputy Prime Minister of India. The ceremony was also attended by Shri Kasu Brahmananda Reddy, the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. What made the event even more special was that Shri Grandhi Ramamoorthy Setty, a local farmer, had the honour of cutting the ribbon.
