Currently, Kristina serves as the Co-Founder of Gorilla Faith, an organization that aims to inspire at-risk youth to make good choices in life through the use of car drifting. As a co-founder, Kristina is responsible for driving the mission of the organization and ensuring that it achieves its goals. She strongly believes that drifting is a metaphor for life, and that it teaches young people how to make positive adjustments when everything feels out of control. Prior to her current role, Kristina served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Discord, where she was responsible for sourcing, screening, and building candidate pipelines for several roles within the Engineering, Product, and Development team. She has also worked as an independent consultant/contractor, where she provided project-based senior recruitment services to companies such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, and NASA. Kristina holds an Associate's degree in Business from Pierce College and a Certificate of Completion in Organizational Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training. She is proficient in both frontend and backend technologies and has experience working with tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, BreezyHR, Bullhorn, Jobvite, Honeit, G Suite, LIR, Seekout, and Hiretual.
