Kriti Goel is a seasoned Risk Management and Payment Systems professional with over 7 years of experience in the field. She has worked with senior management, traders, product and model owners to identify business problems, develop processes and implement process flows. Currently, she is working at Deutsche Bank as Model Risk Management, where she has led the development of strategic and management of risk products. She has also developed a roadmap for the Consequence Management process for KRI/metric breaches and optimized the Scorecard refresh process, monthly reporting and packs leading to roughly 25% reduction in pitfalls. Additionally, she has managed Product Milestones and Deployment cycles to support Global Data migration projects. At Credit Suisse, Kriti was responsible for the management and strategy of Operational Risk governance processes, improvements to risk register, regular incident reviews, risk assessments (RCSAs), identify control gaps and remediation plans. She also led the integration of Risk framework for 6 Business lines by identifying Key Impact areas and cross-functional improvements during organizational restructures. Kriti also has experience in process design and implementation resulting in a 56% improvement in incident resolutions and identifying improvements in Read across process for external incidents leading to a 50% time reduction. Kriti holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. She completed her High School from Sinhgad College of Arts, Science and Commerce and attended Ramjas Public School, Delhi.
