Kriti Lakhotia is a business leader with a passion for people solutions. With over 10 years of experience in leadership roles in technology startups and MNCs, Kriti is the founder of Folkswire, a people solutions venture aimed at helping startups scale their people organization. Kriti has a demonstrated history of developing talent management frameworks for organizations with thousands of employees and has worked on org design and talent management projects with startups such as Swiggy. Prior to founding Folkswire, Kriti was the VP of People's Office at Classplus, where she was responsible for the overall people strategy and implementation. She has also taken a sabbatical to explore different business models before ultimately deciding to start Folkswire in 2018. Kriti holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. She has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer and has a strong understanding of the tech industry. Kriti is passionate about helping startups build great hiring practices and has developed a new recruiting framework for leading Series A-D tech startups in India for tech, product, and business roles. With her expertise in talent management and org design, Kriti is well-equipped to help startups navigate the complex world of scaling their people organization.
