Kritika Prasad is a highly experienced Product Manager with a strong background in SaaS and a degree in Bachelor of Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Kritika has a proven track record of success in managing product development, user success, and business development. Currently holding the position of Product Manager at livsyt by devin, Kritika is responsible for driving the development and success of the livSYT product. Prior to this, she worked as a Product Manager for Bentley Developer Network (BDN) Program at Bentley Systems. In this role, she managed the BDN WebPortal Development from scratch, collaborating with the tech team and design team to get the final output and maintaining the same post-launch. She was instrumental in user success and business development in Europe region and global presence for advocating the custom application on top of Bentley Products for making it more efficient outcome for any specific functionality required from projects to projects. Kritika has also worked as a User Success Manager, Digital Cities Blueprints Portfolio, where she was responsible for building the success workflow and implementation of the Bentley application and digital information management in the form of Blueprints (Foundational Blueprints and Enterprise Blueprints) for Digital Cities Product Portfolio and Digital Twin Services. Prioritizing the task on the future roadmaps and engaging with other stakeholders internally and users to fill the gap for maximum success and aligning with the company's goal of 10X OKR. In addition, Kritika has worked as a BIM Advancement Manager at Bentley Systems, where she was involved in the BIM consulting and implementation of Nagpur MahaMetro & Pune Metro project, India for a seamless project delivery. She is also a co-author of the title "BIM Fundamentals" (set to be published soon) based on ISO 19650 standards aiming to help to develop and understand the principles and the potential of BIM.
