Kritika Rai is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Reddit with almost 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering and machine learning. She has a strong academic background in numerical optimization methods and holds a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of San Francisco. At Reddit, Kritika has worked on several teams and shipped many impactful ML models and data products to production. She is currently focused on building and improving their Ad Targeting ML products, using techniques from many different ML domains such as recommender systems, NLP, clustering, unsupervised learning, and Nearest Neighbor search.
