Krunal MB Gediya, also known as Krazyy Krunal, is an experienced XR Developer with a passion for building all things crazy. He is skilled in various technologies such as SnapAR SLN, Meta Spark, Unity3D, threeJS, WebXR, and Android. With over 3.44 years of relevant experience, Krunal is dedicated to bringing a positive impact to society using XR. Krunal started his tech journey at a young age, postmorteming every electronic device in his house. He has hands-on experience in Android development, web development mostly back-end using MERN stack, and blockchain. He also did his research internship on GANs at IITB, giving him technical knowledge about deep learning. Krunal loves building tools and APIs that help ease out the workflow. He is always ready to connect with anyone whose goal is to change society with XR. Currently, Krunal works at Flipkart as an AR Interaction Developer/Designer. His day-to-day responsibilities include ideation, storyboarding, programming, and developing user-friendly and easily accessible SnapAR Lenses around e-commerce use cases with fun engagement. He also serves as a POC for communicating between various brands and categories and advocating AR experiences to potentially grow conversion rates, customer engagement, and more. In the past, Krunal worked at Superfan Studio as a Jr. Full Stack Developer & WebAR Developer, where he developed a webSDK to customize and build AR try-on experiences on the web. He also worked as an AR Engineer, creating social AR experiences in Snap Lens, SparkAR, and WebAR for various brands and organizations with the creative team. Krunal holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, where he studied from 2016 to 2020. He also has an HSC (Science Stream) degree from KC College, where he studied from 2014 to 2016. Krunal's tech stack includes designer, Android, Spark, Web, deep learning, blockchain, research scientist, backend, software engineer, and computer vision. He is a passionate and driven XR developer who is always looking to make a positive impact on society.
