Krutagna Purohit is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP with over 4.35 years of relevant experience in the field. She is an inquisitive and energetic computer science graduate with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, data mining concepts, statistical modeling, machine learning, programming logic, and cross-platform coding. Throughout her career, Krutagna has worked with various companies, including Radiqal, where she worked on developing and enhancing services that import data from different POS systems into the Medallion Pay Shoreside system. She also created REST API calls to process and validate data, administered and managed SQL Server databases related to inventory structure and taxation, and developed an Inventory File Ingestion System to visualize and import large amounts of data into the system database using the Ionic Framework. Krutagna also worked on different modules of CMAS (Casino Management & Accounting System) using C#, Web Services, ASP.NET, Crystal Reports, and Oracle for the database. She developed an Android Application where it detects and registers NFC Cards and created a Dashboard using Ionic Framework for statistical analysis of data to view critical data. She has experience in all phases of SDLC, including requirements analysis, user interface design, test planning, and systems integration testing for Medallion Pay System. Before joining Bloomberg LP, Krutagna worked as a Teaching Assistant at New York Institute of Technology, where she mentored undergrad/grad students for JAVA Programming and Software Engineering courses. She supervised and evaluated their progress throughout the semester, helped students with their assignments one-on-one, evaluated and graded their lab work, final reports, and presentations, and invigilated course examinations. Krutagna holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from GTU, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne.
