Kulas Angeles is a seasoned Software Engineer, Quality at eBay with over a decade of experience in the IT industry. He has had a fulfilling career and has been blessed to practice IT in Canada without having to go back to school. Kulas is an expert in the IT field and has worked on exciting projects with lots of opportunities. However, he has also experienced the stresses that come with the job, including deadlines, overtimes, graveyard shifts, demanding clients, and not so great bosses and colleagues. Kulas realized that stress had made him angry, unfocused, unhealthy, and took him away from the thing that matters most, his family. He thought that working hard, earning more money, and providing for his family was the best way he could serve them, but he was wrong. He realized that what they really needed was his time. In 2016, Kulas decided to pursue personal development and stumbled upon coaching. He started coaching to become a better person for the sake of his family and the people around him. His passion and enthusiasm to continuously work on himself eventually led him to his calling to help people become better too. Kulas founded Move Forward and Up, where he helps IT experts to develop the life they really want. His mission is to help expat/immigrant IT experts develop the best project they'll ever work on, their life version 2.0. He helps his clients create more time and freedom to have a fulfilling career and an excellent life-work balance. He also helps them get clarity about what they really want to do with their career and what's important to their life so that they can focus on the things that really matter. Kulas teaches them strategies on how to create personal goals and the solid steps to achieve them so that they can effectively and strategically reach their dreams. He helps them breakthrough from whatever blocks that are hindering them so that they can realize their true potential. He examines their values, tendencies, and personal mission so that they can make confident career and life decisions towards the life they really want. Kulas has worked as a Senior Test Developer at Sun Life Financial, where he led the Mobile and Web automated testing practice in the Digital Solutions Line of Business. He optimized web and mobile framework as well as automated regression approach for Web and Mobile. He explored and implemented innovations and tools to support the growing needs for agile testing and was the product owner for the mobile testing improvements. Kulas holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University
