Kumar Raja M is a seasoned Backend Developer with over 6 years of experience in building scalable distributed systems in LAMP stack. He is currently working as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Cohesity, where he is responsible for developing the Backup and Purge tasks for Remote Adapter Framework for SAP HANA. Kumar is keen to work in the areas of Distributed systems and Network programming. Kumar has a strong technology stack that includes programming languages such as JAVA(J2SE) and Python2, and databases like Mysql and Mongodb. He is also well-versed in using tools and IDEs such as IntelliJ, Pycharm, and Vim. Prior to Cohesity, Kumar has worked with Nutanix as a Member of Technical Staff and with Ola as a Software Development Engineer. At Ola, he was responsible for developing many features like Driver Trails, Security Fixes, Booking Auto completion, etc. using Ruby on Rails, Core JAVA, and JavaScript. Kumar has a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from G.V.P College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam.
