Kumar AGS is a highly experienced human resource professional with 15 years of expertise in talent acquisition, university relations, stakeholder management, leadership, and strategic planning. He is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at bigthinkcode, where he manages end-to-end HR activities like recruitment, onboarding, HRBP/people experience, operations, and events. Kumar has a strong background in building technology teams from scratch, automating processes, and leading campus relations.
