Kumar Harshvardhan is a Software Developer at Amazon Go (Physical Stores) with a passion for coding and problem-solving. His interest in coding began in high school, and he pursued an undergraduate degree in Electronics with a minor in Computer Science to further develop his skills. Kumar is a creative problem-solver who believes that technology and empathy can solve any problem. With over 2 years of relevant experience, Kumar has worked on various server-side and client-side scripting projects, front-end and web design, and everything in between. He is a versatile developer who has worn many hats in his career so far. Kumar is a people person who loves engaging with others. He is always eager to brainstorm ideas and solutions to any problem, or simply chat about art and food. He is currently the Training and Placement Coordinator at IIIT Surat, where he helps students find placements in their desired fields. Kumar has worked as a Frontend Engineering Intern at iconscout and a Full Stack Engineer at Carwale. At Carwale, he was instrumental in successfully migrating a major portion of a subsidiary product onto the main system. He expanded microservices and exposed endpoints to facilitate the same on .Net, and created dynamic user interfaces with Javascript. Kumar's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIIT Surat, where he is currently employed, and a 10+2 degree in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
