Kumar Prateek is a Full Stack Developer with expertise in DevOps and a relevant experience of 4.86 years. He is currently working as a Software Engineer 2 at Rakuten, a leading Japanese electronic commerce and online retailing company. Prior to this, he has worked with Verizon as a MTS II - Sys Engrg and Software Engineer. During his tenure at Verizon, Kumar was involved in the migration of legacy applications from weblogic to Spring boot following the microservices architecture. He was also responsible for the deployment of the individual services to Docker and Kubernetes along with autoscaling. Kumar's proficiency in Jenkins Pipeline (Groovy) helped automate the process from building of the application to deployment on Kubernetes. Additionally, he has experience working on Angular as a frontend framework. Kumar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, and a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp. He completed his intermediate education from D.A.V Kapildev Public School, Ranchi.
