Kumar Sambhav is a Co-Founder at Skillate, a job matching platform for enterprises that uses artificial intelligence to make the recruitment process hassle-free. With over 9 years of relevant experience, Kumar has played a pivotal role in developing Skillate's matching engine that uses complex machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and statistical algorithms to generate a Skillate Score for every resume with respect to a job description. Prior to co-founding Skillate, Kumar worked as a Software Development Engineer at Capillary, where he gained valuable experience in software engineering. He also worked as a Software Development Engineer II and I, respectively. Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. He also completed his high school education from Adwaita Mission High School. Kumar's expertise lies in AI, NLP, software engineering, and machine learning. As a Co-Founder at Skillate, he has played a critical role in developing a platform that thinks like a smart recruiter to find the best match between job seekers and job openings.
