Kumar Srijan is a versatile individual with a passion for learning and a bias for action. With extensive experience in various computer science areas such as Computer Vision, AR/VR, Software Engineering, Information Theory, Game Development, Smart Contracts, Big Data, and Cryptography, he is a true expert in his field. Aside from his technical expertise, Kumar has significant hands-on experience in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Public Speaking, Designing, Dancing, Meditation, Entrepreneurship, Sales, Negotiations, Gaming, Physics, Project Management, Philosophy, Mythology, AI & ML, and Martial Arts. He strongly believes that knowledge of a variety of diverse topics is essential in discovering opportunities, great design, and adept decision-making. His long-term goal is to become an expert generalist and bring transformation to important but overlooked issues. Currently, Kumar is a Participating Founder at the Founder Institute, the world's largest entrepreneur training and startup launch program, helping aspiring founders across the globe build enduring technology companies. He also founded FairShuffle, a fair online poker company that prioritizes consumer protection in online real money gaming and beyond. He used cryptography to give players a gaming experience as fair as playing with their friends. The solution entailed solving a 37-year-old problem in Cryptography known as "Mental Poker," and a patent was granted for the solution by USPTO, with a patent pending in IN, USA, EU, and CN. Kumar's past experience includes being a Core Team Member at an early-stage startup at Tlabs Accelerator (Times Internet), where he took care of CTO level responsibilities. He built the MVP for hoverr.me (Vindowshop), which helps users find clothes similar to what celebrities are wearing. He also executed two pivots, namely SAYS (Shop as you See), which displays similar clothes worn by celebrities in context (inside the image), and Impulse Monitor, which filters out images unsuitable for display ads. Kumar was involved in the ideation to execution from scratch and executed the entire technical architecture. He brought extreme motivation and a solution-focused approach to the team and handled end-to-end delivery of results. Kumar holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), with a focus on Smart Contract, Computer Vision, AI, Senior Software Engineering, Big Data, and ML.
