Kumari Surabhi is an experienced Lead Developer with a strong background in Core Java, Java EE, and Spring Framework. She has a proven track record of delivering fully-integrated web applications and client management systems. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, Kumari has successfully executed projects in the Banking and E-Commerce retail sectors. Kumari has managed a team of five co-workers in multiple projects, ensuring project scheduled goals and timelines. She has overseen all stages of design, development, and deployment of Java-based vendor application systems for the financial services industry. Kumari has also reviewed feedback and suggested ways to improve the existing system to smoothen the customer experience. She has planned and managed upcoming featured development and delivery strategy, and supervised and coordinated the daily activity of junior resources. Kumari's expertise in User Interface Design and Development, System Analysis, including high and low-level designs, and experience in SDLC methodologies has made her an asset to any team.
