Kunal Anand is an experienced Independent Consultant at OFSS with over 8 years of relevant experience. He is currently associated with Oracle as an Independent Consultant. In the past, he has worked with Godrej as an Assistant Planning Manager and with Shapoorji Pallonji Group as a Deputy Manager Planning. Kunal's educational background includes a PGP ACM in Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth. At Godrej, Kunal was responsible for project coordination and management of Godrej Nest & Godrej Nurture, a residential apartment project consisting of 7 towers with a total project value of 568 Cr. He prepared and obtained timely approval for schedules, prepared CLP plans, and monitored projects on a timely basis. Kunal also ensured the availability of adequate material at the site, updated schedules, and monitored projects to suggest recovery plans to reach the planned targets. At Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Kunal was involved in the ITC ICML Facility project at Khurdha. He developed project schedules, execution methodologies, budgets, and monitored them with respect to cost, resource deployment, and time overruns. Kunal also prepared various types of MIS reports for top management, presented project status reports for weekly internal review meetings, and tracked and monitored project delays. Kunal's strengths lie in his ability to plan and execute projects effectively, develop project schedules, and monitor project progress.
