Kunal Choudhury is an Associate Software Engineer-I at HighRadius, specializing in data science and machine learning algorithms in the fin-tech space. With 1.43 years of relevant experience, he has developed a strong foundation in regression use cases using machine learning algorithms. Kunal is passionate about learning and implementing his knowledge to the best of his abilities. At HighRadius, Kunal is currently working as an Associate Software Engineer-1 (Machine Learning). He has developed a use case agnostic model explainability for regression package that generates customer-specific explainability reports, along with global and local explanations. Kunal has also worked on a use case for automating and generating a smart collector worklist using machine learning, reducing manual effort from the collector's end and increasing productivity. Prior to his current role, Kunal worked as a Data Science Intern and Summer Intern at HighRadius. During his internship, he leveraged products with AI through the application of machine learning algorithms, working with different libraries and languages such as Python. He developed and deployed regression-based machine learning models from scratch for FORTUNE 500 CPG to predict invoice payment dates, building a smart collector worklist and helping to build a better proactive collection strategy. Kunal also built and deployed an AI-enabled fintech B2B cloud application during his summer internship, gaining experience in all aspects of product development. Kunal holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from KIIT University, which he completed in December 2021. He is skilled in software engineering, ML, data science, AI, Python, UI, backend, and web development. Kunal is a quick learner and always eager to take on new challenges and expand his skillset.
