Kunal Deep is a dynamic and result-driven business leader turned entrepreneur with over 14 years of rich and diverse industry experience in big 4 consulting, MNCs, and startups, including the EdTech industry. He is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at CollPoll, where he manages complete business functions, consulting, process improvement, and supply chain. Kunal is also the Co-Founder and CEO of EduSaksham, an online education platform that he conceptualized from scratch and built to offer the best online education services to students in India. He partnered with schools and colleges to create online learning courses for K12 students, streamlined content development processes, and worked with colleges to upskill students for better job opportunities. Kunal has worked with multiple stakeholders in the education domain, including private schools, government, and colleges, and has filed multiple patents to revolutionize the education industry. During the pandemic, he onboarded a large number of teachers to teach online to ensure that no student was left without education and no teacher without work. Kunal is now working towards scaling EduSaksham to greater heights. Prior to his current roles, Kunal was a Senior Business Consultant at Deloitte, where he led a team of business consultants for business process mapping, client discussions, blueprint workshops, and coordination for technical development for one of the largest retail chains in the USA and UK. He designed new process designs for vendor management and presented a white paper within Deloitte, receiving appreciation for his work. Kunal holds an MBA in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology. He also completed his schooling from Delhi Public School, Ranchi, and North Point School. Kunal's specialties include business conceptualization and management, e-learning, process management, business management, and project management. He is highly experienced in implementing cost-effective business solutions and practices aligned with the company's organizational growth.
