Kunal Gour is a Design Lead at Addverb and an ex-ISRO scientist/engineer with over 5 years of relevant experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi. Kunal has a strong engineering acumen and a passion for solving real-world problems using technology. He is also an entrepreneur at heart and has a zeal for innovation. At Addverb, Kunal is responsible for leading the design team and developing the Quadron shuttle, a system for the e-commerce industry that enables accelerated picking, order sequencing, and order fulfillment, driving storage efficiency through the ceiling. He has also worked as a Product Design Engineer at Addverb, where he played a crucial role in the development of the Quadron shuttle. Prior to joining Addverb, Kunal worked as a Scientist/Engineer at ISRO, where he was involved in the development of aerospace mechanisms, satellite separation systems, and deceleration systems of Gaganyaan Crew-Module and Reusable Launch Vehicle. His work at ISRO focused on idea generation, conceptual designing, mathematical modeling, 3D CAD modeling, analysis of systems, hardware realization, and qualification & testing. Kunal has a diverse tech stack, including expertise in product design, research science, and testing. He is a proactive problem-solver and has a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Kunal is a passionate and driven individual who is always looking for new challenges to tackle.
