Kunal Naithani is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer (FE) at Atlassian, with over 10 years of work experience in the entire SDLC of web applications. He has gained a customer-centric perspective on how web technologies can be leveraged to maximize business potential. Currently, Kunal is working at Atlassian, where he is responsible for JIRA search. Prior to this, he worked at Citrix R&D India Private Limited as a Staff S/W Engineer, where he led the development of multiple frontend features in the Citrix Analytics product. He also worked at Akamai as a Technical Project Manager, where he managed the implementation of integration solutions for customer websites with Akamai products. Kunal took complete ownership of projects and spearheaded the entire project from requirements to closure. He worked closely with customers, sales, operations, and engineers to customize each solution. He also developed various tools using Python and JS to speed up large-scale implementations. Kunal has a strong educational background, having completed his BE in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology in 2011. Prior to that, he completed his 10+2 from Delhi Public School in 2007, where he studied English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Computer Science. Kunal’s technical skills include web, search, test, frontend, Python, and integration.
