Kunal Raheja is the Founder and CEO of Tech OVN, a company based in Gurgaon, India that specializes in manufacturing smart meters for electricity and smart EV chargers. With a background in engineering and business, Kunal has over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School. Tech OVN, which started in late 2019, manufactures static electricity meters, smart electricity meters, and smart AC to AC EV chargers that are OCPP 1.6 compatible. The company specializes in white labelling EV chargers for OEMs, charge point operators, and utility companies. Their factory, situated in 7 acres of land about 40km from the Delhi International Airport, has a dedicated 14,000 sq foot space for electronics manufacturing and an onsite electronics recycling plant. Their production capacity is about 15 lac smart meters and 2 lac EV chargers per year. Kunal's past experience includes being a Director at OVN Engineers, which provides fast and cost-effective service for diesel generators with high-quality parts from Federal Mogul and oil from Petronas. OVN Engineers also helps customers with other aspects of their generator throughout its lifecycle, including installation, commissioning, particulate control equipment, overhauling, and rental. He was also a Partner at Trading Engineers, which represents brands like Wilo, Mather & Platt, Everest blowers, and Rotomac for water pumps, blowers, and screw pumps. Trading Engineers has been involved in water management since 1949 and provides solutions to water treatment OEMs, industries, and construction projects, both commercial and residential.
