Kunal Sharma is an accomplished Software Development Engineer with over 3.87 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain management verticals. He is currently serving as an SDE-2 at Navi, where he has been instrumental in the analysis, design, deployment, support, maintenance, and customization of front-end and back-end applications. Kunal is a passionate and diligent individual who believes that these two traits are essential for success in any endeavor. He also proactively designed/developed a campaign management system for managing campaigns at Stock-Keeping Unit (SKU) level and Cart Level, provided pricing engine features to suggest prices, developed backend applications using Spring, and frontend applications with Angular. Kunal also managed/resolved customer tickets and issues by designing/developing customer relationship management ticketing systems. Kunal has also worked as a Summer Intern at Ericsson India, where he worked on Ericsson multi-mediation tool used in telecom mediation.
