Kunal Sharma is a highly motivated individual currently pursuing his MBA from IIM Kashipur. He has a keen interest in business analytics and product management roles and aims to utilize his skills in analytics and experience in the IT industry to help businesses make sound decisions based on strong data analysis. He has previously worked as a BI developer using Microsoft BI technology stack and is experienced in Agile, Excel, T-SQL, and Power BI. Kunal is a Microsoft certified Azure Data Engineer Associate and has 10+ certifications from Coursera, EDx, and Microsoft. Currently working as a Student Coordinator at ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, Kunal has acted as a Project Leader from IIM Kashipur affiliation for the Carbon Neutral Village project. In his past roles, he has worked as an IT Project Management Intern and a Software Engineer 2 at Maq Software. At Maq Software, he developed and supported numerous complex financial reports for the firm's largest clients and was responsible for end-to-end ownership of project deliverables, which includes designing highly robust databases, data integration, creating data Marts, ETLs, data analysis, and reporting. He also migrated On-Premise based ETL processes to Azure-based cloud technology stack and created validation/testing tools that are used across the organization for internal purposes. Kunal holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from IIIT Delhi and completed his 10+2 (12th standard) from St. Andrews Scots Senior Secondary School. He is proficient in SQL, product management, data engineering, and Azure. With relevant work experience of 3.35 years, Kunal is a highly skilled and motivated individual who is eager to take on new challenges and make a positive impact in the business world.
