Kunal Soni is a highly experienced Delivery Leader with over 18 years of leadership experience in a multinational and multi-cultural environment. He has specialized in Program and Project Management, Engineering, Delivery, and UI/UX. Kunal is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance and Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile. Kunal has managed a large portfolio of projects and products for the e-Commerce, m-Health, and e-Learning market through the full software development life-cycle. He has planned, initiated, strengthened and delivered each phase for Web and Mobile platforms. Kunal's specialties include Ed-Tech, Enterprise Program Management, Agile Methodologies, SAFe Agilist, SCRUM, KANBAN, People Management, Delivery Management, Product Engineering & Management, Program Management, Leadership, Strategy, and Mentoring. Currently, Kunal is the Co-founder & CTO of dox2U, a document management system that makes going paperless easy with three quick steps: Onboarding, Digitize, and Manage. The system features Organizing and retrieval of documents using their digital Cabinet-Folder Structure, AI-powered search, and cutting-edge OCR. Kunal has also worked as the Co-Founder of Privet Ventures Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for building dox2U. He was previously the Head of Technology & Delivery Operations at Talentedge, where he played a significant role in the online learning industry. Kunal has a Master's degree in Computer Applications from PTU and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Punjabi University.
