Kunal Vasudeva is a skilled DevOps Engineer with over 3.77 years of experience in the field. Currently working at Skyhigh Security, he is responsible for designing and deploying critical Big Data components using CloudFormation templates. He is also involved in the modernization and migration of MVISION Cloud's Big Data stack from CDH to AWS EMR to make it more scalable, elastic, and cost-effective. In his previous role at McAfee, Kunal played a key role in the migration efforts of MVISION Cloud's Reverse Proxy POPs infrastructure from data centers in Equinix and Softlayer to AWS. He also designed, rebuilt, and replaced the Reverse Proxy Architecture in MVISION Cloud with a solution that was faster, more elastic, and addressed customer capacity issues. Kunal automated infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment of MVISION Cloud's Gen2 Reverse Proxy in AWS by developing AWS CloudFormation templates from scratch. Kunal has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He has also completed his schooling from Bishop Cotton Boys' School. He is proficient in DevOps, AWS, Big Data, infra, Ansible, and CI/CD.
