Kunal Vyas is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in the field. He is a certified PMP® and CSM® professional, currently working at Automation Anywhere. In his current role, he is responsible for designing and facilitating the implementation of new internal programs, projects, and initiatives. He also supports program communications, project reporting, and program status reviews. Kunal is highly skilled in conducting work flow process mapping and implementing process efficiency improvements. He has experience in conducting operational reviews and implementing standard operating procedures. Kunal has a strong background in documentation and human resource services, including hiring, staff retention, employee development, performance management, employee recognition, and onboarding/exit processes. He is an expert in leading and conducting client trainings, design, and knowledge transfer sessions both remote and on-site. Prior to his current role, Kunal worked at Seclore as a Project Manager.
