Kunchanapalli Manohar is a dynamic and enthusiastic Software Engineer 2 at HERE Technologies, with a passion for problem-solving, software development, AI, and robotics. He is an undergraduate student in Computer Science Engineering from Bennett University. He has explored his interests in these areas through his participation in numerous hackathons and projects. Kunchanapalli is always eager to learn and explore new areas. Kunchanapalli is skilled in C++ and Python, with a focus on using Python for project development and C++ for improving his problem-solving skills. He has practiced around 250 DSA questions on various coding platforms, and he is constantly striving to increase that tally. In his current role at HERE Technologies, Kunchanapalli is working on Seeding Automation App in python 3 to automate manual seeding efforts of 30 feature teams. He has also developed a UI using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, which allows users to enter seeding scope and initiate seeding process with one click of a button. Kunchanapalli has created parent-child pipelines in YAML through python as per the required configuration of respective on-boarded features. He has also developed a Pre-prepare Gitlab job to perform sanity checks of seeded feature services, ensuring cost-saving of resources. Additionally, he has developed a Webex notification bot to notify start, end, and failures of a pipeline with relevant details. Kunchanapalli has previously interned at HERE, where he developed a POC for automating road geometry in Scala, worked on a Parity app, and developed over 10+ validation rules in Java 8 to validate and filter inaccurate data being published to customers like Bosch, reducing FP by 50%+ through code fixes and framework level changes. Kunchanapalli is pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science from Bennett University, which he expects to complete in December 2022. He completed his Senior Secondary Schooling from Somerville School - India in 2018 and his Junior School from Somerville School - Noida in 2011.
