Prior to joining Lowe's India, Kundan was a Senior Product Manager at OYO, where he drove product strategy and roadmap for post-booking experience and customer service efficiency charter for OVH Europe. He also led cost optimization initiatives, saving approximately 8 million euros annually for the call center team. Kundan built self-service capability for guests targeting a 35% reduction in call volumes. He launched refund vouchers and booking recommendations for guests, reducing cancellations. Kundan has also worked as a Product Manager at Clustr, a big data platform for MSMEs using AI and ML. He built logging, monitoring, and audit capabilities for the data platform and worked with the data team to revamp Clustr Data Model and Data Architecture. Kundan holds a PGDM-WMP degree in Marketing & Strategy from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics & Communication from National Institute of Technology, Patna. He is proficient in product management, ML, AI, and big data.
