Kush Shah is a Data Platform Engineer with a passion for mathematics and computer science. He has a proven track record as a Data Scientist in a product-based company and has experience with the Data Platform and Business Intelligence team at Barclays. Kush has a broad range of experience, having worked as a graphic and web designer at Edu-tech startups and as a campus ambassador for North India's largest tech fest - Tryst'19 conducted by IIT Delhi. He has also interned at a Higher Education Institute that mainly covered cloud computing, computer networks, and basic game development. Kush has expertise in designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying scalable and extensible applications for the Infrastructure as Code (IAC) platform with Hybrid cloud environments. He is proficient in incorporating non-functional requirements, including Monitoring, Alerting, and Log Aggregate into the Software solution. Kush is also skilled in building solutions that support app security and auditability and using observability tools to improve the detection of degraded service availability and performance. Kush's major project on Portfolio Optimization in Financial markets gave him immense knowledge of computation finance involving mathematics, finance, and machine learning. He has also taken up technical projects under JP Morgan Chase & Co. and KPMG in collaboration with InsideSherpa as a Software Engineering Virtual Experience and Technical Consulting Virtual Experience. Kush was awarded the Google Cloud Platform Quest Leader by Google Cloud. Kush has a BTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM University and has attended the ACM Summer School at IIT Gandhinagar for Data Science. He also has a background in General Studies from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's.
